WHAT TO EXPECT: A typical salt session lasts about 45 minutes. You will be provided with shoe coverings upon entering the salt room. The therapy involves sitting in a comfortable lounge chair with a dim lit salt wall and relaxing music. Most people relax, meditate, read or sleep during the session. The room temperature and humidity level are maintained at a comfortable level. The stop of the fan will alert you when your session has ended. SALT ROOM GUIDELINES: • Please make sure to use the restroom prior to the start of the session. • No one will be permitted to enter or leave the salt room once each session begins unless there is an emergency. • Please leave all electronics, valuables, and bags at home or in your vehicles. We will not be responsible for any damage the salt room causes to electronic devices. • Shoe coverings will be provided and must be worn in the salt room at all times. • Strong odors from perfumes, lotions, and essential oils can interfere with the effectiveness of the session, therefore, please refrain from using any fragranced substances. • Dress is simple and comfortable clothing. • For adult sessions, please maintain silence for those that wish to meditate or sleep. • Absolutely no food or drink permitted in the salt room. • Children 12 and under must be in the presence of an adult at all times while in the salt room.
